questions for readers   •  about the book + awards

I read Dairy Queen for school in a literature circle. My group was four girls and two boys and all of us loved it, even the boys, which surprised all of us girls a lot . . . We loved it so much that all six of us decided to read The Off Season to see what would happen to D.J. and Brian. This is kind of a big deal because we don't really have time to read with everything else going on in our lives but all of us found time and we loved that book just as much as Dairy Queen.
